Jeanne Menich

Jeanne Marie Menich, age 78, of Medina, OH passed away on Monday, February 3, 2025.

Jeanne (Jeannie) was born on July 10, 1946, in Ashtabula OH, the only child of Irvin and Mary (Zaback) Gustafson. After graduating high school, Jeannie graduated from Kent State University, where she met and eventually married her husband Donald at the Newman Center.

Jeanne was a unique person, always willing to help others through troubling times in spite of what she was going through internally. She was truly unforgettable. May she finally find the peace and acceptance in death that she longed for in life.

Jeannie’s passing has left a void in the hearts of the family left behind. 

She is survived by her husband Donald John Menich of Medina, Ohio, Daughters Meghan Hager (James S. Hager , Jr.) of Solon, Ohio’; Tamara Nakonieczny (Chris Nakonieczny) of North Royalton, Ohio; Heather Faur (Orry Faur) of Medina, Ohio; Granddaughters Allana Hager (Robert McCoy of Parma Heights, Ohio; Reagan and Bailey Hager of Solon, Ohio; Jenna Nakonieczny (Kyle Fergus) of North Olmsted, Ohio Vivian and Josephine Faur, of Medina, Ohio; Grandsons Jordan Breckenridge of North Royalton, Ohio; James Faur of Medina, Ohio; Great-granddaughters Charlotte of Parma Heights, Ohio, and Leila and Baby girl H of North Olmsted, Ohio.

She will be missed.
